VARI*LITE® VL3000™Spot luminaire

The VARI*LITE® VL3000™Spot luminaire sets new standards for imagery, beam control, color and brightness in spot luminaires.

The VARI*LITE® VL3000™ Spot luminaire features a 6:1 zoom optics, CYM color mixing, variable CTO color temperature correction, a six-position color wheel, three gobo/effects wheels, a beam size iris and separate dimmer and ultra-fast strobe mechanisms. A standard pallet of gobos, effects and colors is provided with the unit. Custom gobos, effects and color are available.

An upper enclosure houses the control electronics as well as the arc power supply for the 1200 watt short arc lamp. The arc power supply is power factor corrected for efficient power distribution.

The VL3000 Spot luminaire can be controlled from a wide variety of DMX-512 consoles.

The luminaire is the same size as the VL3000 Wash luminaire, providing a consistent hang configuration and appearance no matter which luminaire type is required.

Vari*Lite VL2500 Spot Luminarie

The VARI*LITE® VL2500™ Spot luminaire is based on a very popular existing lighting tool - the VL2000™ Spot luminaire - with additional new features that make it even more appealing.

The VL2500 Spot luminaire comes complete with all of the qualities and options designers love from the original Series 2000™ fixtures. It is still small, lightweight, and fast with a 700-watt shortarc lamp, impressive lumen output, and a zoom range from 18.5° to 42°.

To add to these features, the VL2500 Spot luminaire provides three-wheel CYM color mixing. When combined with 11 standard colors on a fixed wheel, the color options are practically limitless.

Additionally, a coated glass dimmer wheel provides smooth fades, and a separate dualblade strobe system offers quiet and reliable strobe effects. The VL2500 Spot luminaire's pan and tilt motors are now more powerful and provide more torque.

For image projection, the fixture has one gobo wheel with five rotatable and indexable positions and a second gobo wheel with 11 fixed positions.

The VL2500 Spot luminaire contains everything that really matters to designers - limitless color options, clarity of optics, exceptional zoom range, fast, smooth movement and powerful output.

The VL2500 Spot luminaire can be controlled from virtually any DMX512 console or DMX output device

HES Studio Spot 250's

Studio Spot 250 fixtures use a high-efficiency optical configuration with a patented reflector and optical train to produce sharp, high contrast images. Shipped standard with Studio Spot 250 are seven high-resolution LithoPatterns® which allow full rotating and indexing. Over the litho, you can superimpose a secondary static or rotating litho for moiré and morphing effects. Studio Spot 250 also includes an iris for even more control over image and beam size. Each Studio Spot 250 is fitted with a 13-position color wheel and a 5-position, rotating effects wheel which includes prisms and effects glass as standard.

The Studio Color 250 fixture is a soft-focus companion to the Studio Spot 250. Studio Color 250 uses the same yoke mechanism, electronics, and optical system as Studio Spot 250, and produces over 7,000 lumens. Fitted with a full CYM (cyan, yellow, and magenta) subtractive color mixing system, Studio Color 250 also includes six independent colors (including a black light filter) to supplement its spectrum of colors. A lenticular effect wheel allows variable horizontal and vertical beam shaping.
